Travwell planners are built for modern explorers who value both freedom and structure.
In addition to publishing guides, Gudwell now offers thoughtfully designed private wellness stays in Charlotte, NC and Hoi An, Vietnam giving travelers places to land softly, travel deeply, and recharge meaningfully.
Meet the Founder:
Rachel Howze is a writer, designer, and travel planner who has lived in three countries and explored more than twenty. Currently based in Vietnam, she brings a global perspective and love for design to every product and stay she creates.
Rachel’s experience spans everything from working on the southwest coast of England, to volunteering in pre-war Ukraine, to planning her own wedding in Iceland. She understands the nuances of culture, the thrill of spontaneity, and the grounding power of organization and reflection while traveling.
While she no longer works in cybersecurity, her attention to detail and people-first mindset remain central to Gudwell’s mission: creating tools and spaces that offer clarity, confidence, and calm whether you're planning a week in Lisbon or giving travelers places to land softly, explore deeply, and recharge meaningfully.
