When I'm spending my saved up vacation time, I want the location to be somewhere interesting and inspiring to me. One of my favorite reasons for traveling is to see how others live and to absorb all the different things they do to find happiness. While I'm sure every city has something to offer, there are some places that stand out for their high quality of life and treating their citizens well.
